I recently moved my entire workshop equipment to a new workshop 4 miles away. (Band Saw, Table saw, planer, jointer, drill press, three scroll saws, a 6” belt sander, sliding miter saw and a “V” drum sander and many hand and power tools)
......................................... I rented one of those PODS used for moving furniture. I built two ramps so I could roll my equipment out of my shop into the PODS. I moved all my equipment that did not have mobile bases with a heavy duty hand truck. Tied it all in place and called to have the pods moved to new location . I unloaded it all into my new shop using the same ramps. Took me two days to complete this move and cost less than $200. I consider this a pretty cheap way to get the job done.
.............................. Most of us could do this. I will be 70 this month!......................................
