Im in the process of figuring out my Jointer situation in my new shop. Does anyone know if Byrd is the only company that makes the spiral cutter head for the DJ20?

Thanks Brandon

i have the same jointer
and have waited years for them to make a spiral for it

it does seem that byrd is the only one so far

grizzly had other brands for a bit
but have gone with the byrd now too

finding the money for it
is the next problem

Grizzly lists their T10126 for that jointer. Oddly enough, it’s higher than their price on the Bird ($425 vs. $385) but it does have more inserts :40 verus 36 (I think) on the bird. I bought both my Bird heads from Griz just because they were cheaper.
