I bought a quart from a dealer, at the woodworkers show. I tried it on some paint on concrete and after 20 minutes it had not done anything. I talked with the dealer and he said that I needed to leave it on longer. As a side note the best thing we found to remove cement paint is cement paint. It always seems to dissolve the prior layer, hence the need to strip the previous layer(s) before applying. Next time I think I will apply cement paint and then scrape off the old and new layer. -- Jesse, Saint Louis, Missouri |
