As some of you might remember, my new 0555LX bandsaw was shipped without the fence leveling pads. Two little HDPE thingies that keep the fence square to the table.
Parts dept. kept saying that these items weren’t available and kept pushing delivery dates out farther and farther. I finally called tech services on 10/18, spoke with a fine feller named George who said that he would expedite a delivery. Got the parts today 10/26.
Great service! Thanks George, and that’s why I support Grizz.

My experiences with them have been good too. I’ve read some complaints about the tech line being a long distance call, but the techs told me that with a toll number the calls they get tend to be legit, as opposed to people calling the tech line over stupid stuff, which would be far more likely with a toll free line….makes sense when they put it like that.

I often call the tech services # to place an order if I have questions about which works best for my application, etc. They have always been very helpful and my orders seem to go out quickly.

I recently had occasion to call their tech support line also to ask a question about an item I was buying, and the person I spoke with was the most friendly, helpful and understandable support person I have talked with in a long time.
