I have quite a bit of cut off scraps from some nice juniper lumber. It has been dry for about 14yrs. They are planed to about 5/8" thick, and will be anywhere from 6" to 20" long. I want to bundle up packages of any amount and sell them to interested lumberjocks. If interested, please send me a message with ANY reasonable offer that would be worth taking the time to package and ship these out to you.

I can fit 10 boards 10-12" long, 6-7"wide, and weigh about 8.5lbs in a flat rate shipping box ($11.35 shipping).

Just found your post. I have been reading Lumberjocks for a while and have never signed up to the forum. I am interested in getting some of your cutoffs as I could use the juniper in numerous projects and I have never worked with juniper so I thought I would say I am interested. I would rather get your scraps rather than you use them for firewood or something.

If you could send me a pm I would appreciate it as I can not send a message until I have posted 5 times it appears. I do not know if I can respond to you if you send a pm so may I ask that you include an email so that I can contact you?

Thanks

you should re-title this forum to "Free Wood for ALL LJ's" to see if more people jump on…nice idea…a few years ago we had a fun "pen" trade going…one guy started it…and then a flat rate box went from city to city and people would take stuff out and put there local woods in…it was fun…

hope you get some takers!

The local senior citizens center here in Kingsport, TN has a full woodshop that any member can use to build their projects. When I have some extra wood that I won't have time to use, I take a load down and give it to the members present that day.
