About a month ago Canadian Tire had a promotion where they were giving away five $100 gift cards per day to people who review products on their site. Since about 60% of my tools came from Canadian Tire I decided to do a few reviews. Guess what . . . I won $100 and it showed up today.

Woo Hoo . . . free money . . . now what will I spend it on?

I seem to remember something about a certain Dewalt product. $100 will go a good way toward a special tool.

Thanks Canam

TopE5 . . . Canadian Tire is not really like Sears, but they sell a heck of a lot of stuff other than tires. Im not sure what it would equate to in the US. They sell a pretty decent selection of brand name and store brand (Mastercraft) tools.

Canadian Tire is ‘the” place to shop when in Canada :)
from tires, to kitchen ware, to mechanic tools, to woodworking tools, to paints, vacuums, and even toilet paper (I think).

you will be just around the corner from me!! We could have a mini fieldtrip and go to the Lee Valley store in London—that would be fun!

Loonies: that’s our dollar coin (because it came out with a picture of a loon on the back) and our two-dollar coin is often called a two-nie (because.. well it’s a sibling to the one-nie haha)
