So today after work I headed over to sears to buy a dp sander kit they had on super clearance but while there they had an entire stack of digital miter gauges on clearance for 19.97 so I blew off the sanding and went with the mg. What are you alls experiences with said gauge?

it’s the same unit as the one sold by ridgid. i have one but haven’t had a chance to use it much, although the level of accuracy available with it appears impressive. i’m not too crazy about the two thumb screws that hold the extruded fence onto the head of the miter gauge as they are smallish and i have large hands. i got mine from HD on clearance about 6 mos. ago for around $20 figuring there wan’t much to lose. the ridgid can also be set up to set TS blade angle. not sure if the c-man has that functionality. i think you’ll like it.
