I’ve decided to swing by the Mecca while running errands.

Highland Hardware HERE I COME!!!! (thats Highland Woodworking to you non-Atlantan’s)

Highland Hardware is the one of the best parts about living in Atlanta. It makes Woodcraft look like Walmart! I haven’t been but maybe once during my 2 year woodworking hiatus. And im taking my 18 month old too! It’s his FIRST TRIP to Highland EVER!!! Not much of a trip per say, only 7.3 miles from the house.

I promise to drool over something juicy for all you mail order customers!

:-))

You got the destination right. Now the little guy will be corrupted for life.
My offices were downtown ATL., and Highland was often a “lunch break” trip.
Tho I no longer live in ATL., I sure miss some of the ammenities.

Here’s the little woodworker in the store sitting on a bench I’ll never be able to afford!

Incidentally, that’s a dozuki in his hand. He picked it up and started making a sawing motion…like its in his DNA!!!

it probably is…. :-)

Hey! Ask the guys at Highland if they have plans for a shop built pacifier. :)

I’m not jealous at all. Why? Because if I had one of those near me, I would be even more broke than I am now!

Highland is one of my favorite places. I try to limit my trips there, but it’s definitely a unique and fun place to shop/drool if you’re into hand tools.
