Topic tags/keywords: kitchen cabinet catches

Hi lj’s

My kitchen design calls for inset doors. I prototyped a face frame with inset doors using one of those magnetic catches for my inset door but not too pleased with the operation. Anyone have a good idea to keep an inset door closed on a cabinet? I am using non-mortise hinges. Really don’t want to to use euro style hinges as I like the look of traditional hinges. But I loose all the convenience of the euro hinge such as self close, soft close, etc. Any ideas on a good catch solution? Thanks.
