I’ve hit a snag getting my shop back in operation. My Delta Contractor’s Saw is equipped with a ReiTech EasyStop, one of the HONKIN BIG switches that also has a key lockout. Unfortunately, over the course of the 2 years my shop was in storage, I managed to loose the keys, and the installation instructions are AWOL! DOH!!!

Rather than paying a locksmith to come out to my place to rekey the darn thing, I’m looking at removing the EasyStop and taking it down to a locksmith. So, does anybody happen to have a copy of the installation instructions they can shoot my way?

Respectfully,

John

John, did you have any luck with instructions/rekeying?

Yes, sort of. I didn’t have to rekey it. It turns out the key used is a very common one used for computer racks and keyed office cabinets and the like. Got a key from my buddy who’s a network engineer.

Lots of little keys aren’t very secure. The small keys that open Yakima and Thule sport racks will start my airplane!

Glad the saw is back up and running.
