Still on the storage theme, I sold my rouer table recently as I bought a SM, unfortunately the RT had lots of drawers for chucking stuff into. Now that it is gone, I’m wondering how to store router fences and all the bits that come with the router.

Are you guys storing things like the router fences in drawers or do you have a neat trick for keeping them up out of the way but yet handy when needed?

Thanks all

David

Store most router accessories in drawers in my router table.

Yep, that’s where I used to store mine too before I sold the router table as initially stated. I’m looking for ideas for storage other than in the router table.

Here is where I used to store them.

Anyway you could free up a drawer or two in your catch table, drill press cabinet or table saw cabinet? Make a tool box with handle and hinge lid. Make blocks or trays for the bits.

I use a Slickdeals.net sourced rollaway.

Tom, Barry Thanks for the input. Drawers pretty full. The more drawers I build the more they seem to collect accessories. I have found a plan from WOOD magazine, I’m in the process of building that now.
