Hi , Just setting up a dust collector Jet 1100. Have read some posts as to removing the 2- 4 inch duct inlets and replacing with a 6 inch inlet . is there a replacement part for this or is it a homemade set-up.

also any info on the Wynn cartridge filter instillation ,also instillation of a baffle between upper and lower bags
would be appreciated. thanks , new to woodworking all help appreciated.

Normally that would be a simple baffle you make to replace the inlet. A piece of sheet stock (MDF, plywood) cut to fit the DC, the put an HVAC “starter collar” on it for a flange. If you google “thein separator” I think he has some info on the bag baffle, and Wynn is a great guy who answers your e-mails personally. I’ve not done either of those conversions, but believe they would be good ideas.

i guess if you’re asking about a baffle for the DC drum, your unit doesn’t have a vortex cone. here’s a baffle i made for my 50-850 that does the same thing:
