I am looking for the following pieces of tiger maple:

4” x 4” x 2 1/2’ (4 ea.)
5” x 5” x 2-5’
6” x 6” x 3’ (2 ea.)

Hey, walt. I live near hearne hardwoods(in oxford pa) which is one of the largest fine hardwoods carriers in the world. Even there I have never seen tiger maple thicker than 16/4(4”). If you cant change the design of what your building, and really need pieces that thick. I’m sure they could custom cut you some…but, you will pay through the nose. They do ship nation wide. I believe they have a $300.00 minium for mail orders. I figured your pieces add up to about 40 board feet, and at $15 per board foot, for 16/4. Thats about $600…I think $15 a board foot for 16/4 tiger maple is a really good price. But, I’m also sure that for 6” thick stock you could be paying as much as $20 a board foot.
