Topic tags/keywords: tip resource question great all time amazing

On a break today I had a chance to look at lumberjocks and of course I saw the normal little “arguments”(if you can call them that) in the Non-shop topic forums. That got me to thinking what this website actually means to me, in no way am I speaking for the crowd, this is solely in my opinion.

The reason I joined, and the reason I stay is about the help and inspiration. And in times when we may need inspiration this website has helped many work through many walls, not only those of a woodworking nature. SO WHATS MY POINT? RIGHT!? Well I thought it would be great if we could share our favorite examples of projects that really show off heart and determination to put out some really amazing projects. These being a culmination of a lifetime dedicated to the art showing the patience and practice one only acquires with years of devotion.

Here are some of my favorite examples that I look to…

Larry Robinson

Dennis Zongker

Andy’s boxes (any of them would be fitting!)

Man, even if somebody who doesn’t love art and look at those projects would surely appreciate the definition of beauty!

Thank you, I’ve been struggling over the design of a “God Box”. It’s going in a room with white oak floors and mahogany trim, and I’ve been trying to work those woods into something that isn’t just a dovetailed container, and that box by Andy kicked my thinking loose.
