I’ve been doing a lot of work on my Roubo bench this month, leveling the top (both sides) with hand planes, shopping mortises with a hammer and chisel, etc.

The other day my wife noticed that my arms look more muscular! Woo-hoo! ;)

Every once in a while, I’ll get very impractical requests. “Can you build me an armoire this weekend?”, etc.

Maybe if we used power tools, we could do the armoire-in-a-weekend thing.
