What does everyone think of the Incra miret guages like the 1000SE? I think I would be happier with a different one than the stock one that came with my 1023SLX. thanks, Sean

I have a 3000 and I wouldn’t use anything else.

I’ve only got the Incra V26 (for the bandsaw) but I wouldn’t hesitate to put the Incra on my very short list of 2 (them and Jessem) if/when I ever get around to upgrading from my JDS. The V26 is deadly accurate and the 1000SE is basically the same head but with finer adjustment.

I have the 1000se and love it.. I don’t know why I waited so long to upgrade. I do like having the extending fence and stop as well…..

I have the incra 2000. I absolutely love it and rarely ever use my stock miter gauge. My only hesitation with this model is that it only goes 50 degrees in one direction. I believe the 1000 and 3000 go 50 degrees in both directions.

I upgraded to the 1000SE about a year ago and, like Chris, have since wondered why I hesitated for so long. With any of the Incra gauges it is money well spent.
