Just wondering if any other Lumberjocks are planing to attend the show in Atlanta in August? I’m headed that way to see all the new machinery and the rest of the goodies. I figure I’ll more than likely win one of the $10,000.00 drawings worth of tool bucks, but there will still two others availible iffin you feel lucky too. ;0)

Its an awesome show, I’ve been to the one in Anahiem. This will be my first time at the show in Atlanta. If you haven’t been to one, you should go if you get the chance to.

Maybe I’ll see you there.

Wouldn’t that be a treat – the Atalanta Toy Show. I’ll have to be content with my trip to Pasadena in Oct for the Craftsman’s Weekend

Les,
I’ll be there on Friday or Saturday, maybe both. I live in Georgia so it would be just wrong for me not to go… As Chris said, keep in touch and maybe we can meet while we are there.

I believe its Aug 20th thru 23rd at the World Congress Center. I’m only 100 miles away so i’ll make it at least one day. Be prepared to be amazed and wear comfortable shoes!

Just thinking wearing our lumberjock t shirts to the show would be an excellent way to run into each other.

Most of my Wednesday group will be there. We’ve got six tickets.
TimD wants to be there to see Norm on Friday so I guess that is the day most of us will go.
Last time it was here we got to spend about 15 minutes, just us it worked out, with Tommy. What a great guy to talk with. Of course, we all got his autograph.
This will be my 4th IWF.
I’m really looking forward to the new technology.

The Atlanta show is AWESOME! Bring the comfy shoes. I advise everyone to go to the IWF website and search for somethings you want to see and have an idea where they are located when you get there. It helps save you a lot of foot miles! We spend 3-4 days there typically & barely see it all. Bring a tote bag. Typically there are a lot of neat small giveaways that come in handy in the shop.
