I am attempting to use the followme tool to put an 1/8 roundover on a drawing and I get this

Why is there a hole left

Follow me is finicky. Try re-defining the top square, as well as the top edge of the box with the pencil tool. Then try the follow me again. It needs a well-defined path to follow, or it gets confused.
You didn’t do anything wrong, but often re-defining edges nearby will fix it.
Also, if follow me ever fails, undo it and try again. That is easier than trying to fix the problem manually.
