On my regular morning eBay search, I ran across this buy-it-now listing:

For less than $90 including shipping it seems like a pretty good deal. I was tempted myself…..

I’m thinking, if nothing else, someone with the patience could turn a profit buying those and re-listing them individually.

My hoarding days have been put on hold, so tempting. 3rd hand plane in from the right looks interesting. As do the plumb bobs

I think I already have most of all of those, including the old Stiltsons. Maybe i should put together a set like that for sale?

Charlie,

Why are you tempting me?

My wife would kill me, but is sure looks like a good deal.

Nope, can’t do it…

Herb, that’s my problem. I’d have to smuggle them into the shop and keep them hidden to stay out of trouble. :-)

That’s part of my problem. I don’t have a shop. I’ve got stuff all over the place (including a table saw in the back yard). I’m running out of place to stash stuff. I’d solve that problem by building a shop but I don’t think I could hide that from her < GRIN >

It seems like the shipping would be more than half of the cost. I’m not tempted I already have a ton of old tools I use to hang on the wall but ran out of space now their in boxes some where. I guess some one could buy it to have a lot of ammo for throwing monkey wrenches into the works :))

That is why I banned myself from eBay! Too many good tool bargains and too many already.

I showed this to my wife…she said those are just more tools I don’t need. I’m confused, they actually make tools I don’t need?!
