The free loaders who don’t work for a living could get 100% tax deduction and they would see no difference!! We should cut our all deduction and loopholes and have a 10% flat tax and the it would be the same for everyone, but that is too simple for all the educated lawyer minds writing tax codes!! -- Jim Jakosh.....Practical Wood Products...........Learn something new every day!! |

You don’t think the billionaires that have $23 Trillion stashed in off shore accounts who pay no taxes are going to allow their wholy owned Congress to change anything do you? -- "some old things are lovely, warm still with life ... of the forgotten men who made them." - D.H. Now Top, you are unreasonably disparaging of our represantatives in both houses. You should know that they are working Feaverishly for our benefit!! We have the BEST CONGRESS MONEY CAN BUY. Your apology is accepted. Steve -- Steve in KY. 44 years so far with my lovely bride. Think I'll keep her. |

topamax….do you think that maybe they would bring themoney home and just pay 10% if they had a flat tax? dumb people don’t amass a fortune and they know how to hold onto t and it isn’t paying 50% of your income in taxes. if the government taxes them 80% please tell us how it will help yousince the government already spends all we give them and it still isn’t enough what makes you think that if we tax the rich that will change? the problemisn’t with how much the rich keep…it is how much the government spends on people that don’t work. |

Why do yoiu think they would bring it home to pay 10% when they pay “0” now? I have known people who have amassed fortunes. I, quite frankly, will not commit the crimes they did to do it. Everyone has a “I know a guy” story, but they are not as prevalent as most would like us to believe. That is little more than diversion to keep us from address the real issues. I have known people like that too; too lazy to (fill in the blank). Last year, GE took more in gov’t subsidies than the same gov’t spent on welfare in the last 8 years. GE is just one corp. There are many buying Congress and milking us dry! ;-( -- "some old things are lovely, warm still with life ... of the forgotten men who made them." - D.H. Lawrence Wake Up America!! These actions are really economic war and / or treason against us, U.S. It is no different than economic sanctions against Iran and North Korea to deter their hostile weapons programs. But, there b@st@rds claim to be patriots! and one wants to be president!!?? ;-(( -- "some old things are lovely, warm still with life ... of the forgotten men who made them." - D.H.
