Help needed from someone who knows/has the Porter Cable #698 router table

I’m trying to retrofit a router table to my vintage table saw because of a tiny shop space. The 698 might fit better than the 696 table I have, which I got second-hand. It was missing the fence.

The #696 has four countersunk bolts that fasten it to the sheet metal frame (see pic).

Does the #698 also have four countersunk bolts or only two? How does it fasten to the frame below?
