Topic tags/keywords: question

I was fairly new to LJ’s when Ripple by Trimph1 was entered in the projects…for some reason I think of Ripple every once in awhile, and have to go take a another look at it…I’ve tried to describe it to people and they not being woody at all, would look at me like I was one scoop short…I think I’ve shown the Ripple pictures on this site to just about everyone that has ever been at my house…For some unknown reason most didn’t seem even half as impressed as I…I figured that they weren’t half as woody as they thought they were…So how about you which one still sticks in your mind.

Looked at the project. It is deceptive in its simplicity. Might have to be a woodworker to go..Wow! and i like it. But I have many favorite woodworkers. Benji Reyes produces some limit pushing furniture as a designer/builder. Greg the box sculpter and andy is pushing some design limits too.

Not to take anything away from any of the LJ’s who post their projects, but I do have my personal favourites
Anything by Jason Wheeler.

I’m also a fan of Trifern’s Hollow Forms, and Britboxmaker’s projects.

The Maloof rockers. To me they are the epitome of woodworking.

It will always be Ripple for me.
