I build all wood and wood composit bow’s.. There is no stain at all It is the natural color’s of the wood’s I used..Osage,Ipe,hickory and purple hart..(http://i312.photobucket.com/albums/ll323/knight3169/kids%20bow/handle-1.jpg )Here is a couple of pic’s of my work. I hope you enjoy them.

Those are sweet looking. When we were kids we had a lot of fun with the bow. I was never very good at it, but it sure was fun.

Im in the proscess of finishing the little brother to this one.. I am giving them away at a helping kid’s event this up coming weekend.. one for teens and the other for the wee little one’s.. I will post pic’s of the smaller one as soon as I’m done with it.. Dave

Really nice bows! Great job. You should blog the process of making one if you get the chance. I would be really interested to see how it all goes together.

I could do a build along. The next one I build I will try to get good pic’s and explian the process I use but im no expert so you guy’s will have to bear with me..

Sorry it took so long for me to get back with ya’ll. I had major computer problems.
