Bert, I am using a wet grinder for setting bevel, and learnt to hone freehand.

$50 shipped to lower 48 states, or willing to hear offers/barter for something interesting.

I would almost buy it just to sharpen small chisels which I have a heck of a time with. I do all of my sharpening the old fashioned way, on
Bench stones free hand and smaller sized chisels really frustrate me. That seems like a good price. I have looked at it several tes on LV. You have used it? How well do they work? Do you still have it?

Mrbill
How much cocobolo do you have and are you looking to sell some or was this only an offer to trade some for thi jig?

Great jig…

Caution if intend to use for bevel up jointer blades as there are no angle settings to match. I asked Vic Tesolin at the Woodworking Show why they were not on the jig and he said the jig was designed and sold before the BU jointers were made.

I play around with different angles for the red, yellow, or green settings to get as close as possible. Just FYI to prevent any misunderstand or buyer’s remorse.

Have your say...
