Help with a Craftsman Radial Arm Saw

I am in the process of installing the recall table and guard for a Craftsman RAS I inherited from my father. While installing the back tables, I noticed the table locks didn’t work. I reviewed the situation, and the RAS manual, and couldn’t figure out how to get those things attached properly. The model number is 113-198310. I was hoping someone may be able to take a few pictures of the attachments so I can see the locked and unlocked position. I am assuming that when you pull the levers out at the front of the table, that locks the table. When you push them to a vertical position, the table is unlocked. I am not sure. Either way, I am getting pictures now, and will update, however, if anyone out tere can provide some assistance, I would appreciate it. Anyone out there with this RAS?
