Topic tags/keywords: unifence rails unifence rails

Hey Folks, I have a head for a unifence but no rails. I’ve searched all over the web trying to find a source for them, but have not had any luck. So I guess I have two questions.

1. Does anybody out there have a set of unifence rails they wanna part with?

2. Does anybody know where I can get a set online?

Thanks folks!

Is the unifence you have the one with the round tubes?

No, it’s the one that should have a square tube on the front with a groove that the head locking thing rides in.

All technical terms of course. :)

This may sound stupid, but I’ve considered buying used table saws just for the fence/rail, and then keeping the saw if I could or just selling it off again. Keep an eye on craigslist.

I ended up going with a new Vega Pro50 which I have nothing at all to complain about. Think I paid $250 or so from Amazon.

Actually sixstring, I’ve been considering the same thing. But, I have this shiny new unifence head I’d like to use, and most of the saws I see on CL around here are biesemeyer style fences.

Figured I’d give begging a shot, and if that fails move on to buying a whole saw. :)

Check this link out. Not sure if this is what you are looking for but if not you might contact them and see if they can point you in the right direction.

I found it searching Google images for “unifence”. Random good luck.
