More on the EPA in USA...

While I must say there are some things the EPA does that I don’t agree with, for the most part they do some good. The biggest problem I see with them is they give too much authority to “kids” that don’t have any experience(just a degree!) I had some dealings a few years back with an EPA employee that didn’t know his butt from a hole in the ground…..but he had the hammer.

To the others that don’t:

First of all, READ:
The EPA is not qualified to do what it’s trying to do! It is doing more harm than good.
It should be abolished OR restructured with qualified management that can do the job effectively!

Who do you think declared that CO2, Carbon Dioxide, is a Hazardous Gas?! One guess!

Yes, the EPA declared that CO2 was a Hazardous Gas!

That means that you and I are Hazardous to the Environment because we ALL exhale CO2!
... and guess what… ALL plant life takes CO2 IN and creates Oxygen that we MUST have to live.
Therefore, if we removed the Hazardous Gas CO2, all of our plant life would die because they could not survive without it (CO2)... and we cannot survive without Oxygen!

And every child in Jr. High School & above KNOWS this!

A perfect example of the mentality of the EPA!

Howie, that unqualified person is one of the areas I’m talking about!

The unqualified bunch also goes into the higher classes of employees…

Qualified Management should go a long way to get Quality employees that KNOW how to THINK instead of trying to follow a Manual they don’t understand!

It is SICK at the Top… and it trickles down to the very bottom…
... for the most part, they have already made some obvious improvements, have runout of new things to do, and are grasping at blue-sky ideas to dream-up more things to do!

Remember when they were thinking of Declaring that vehicles could only be certain Colors because of some cockamamie dreamt-up idea? (I rest my case)

The Calif EPA is run by a bunch of environmental wacko idiots but that my opinion.
This doesn’t mean that I or anyone else wants to destroy the environment, poison rivers, etc. That is just plain stupid.
What we don’t need is laws that destroy the economy or prevent us from drilling for our own oil.

What it(the EPA) amounts to is the same thing that OSHA was in the beginning.(still is to a point) Our illustrious politicians said” we are going to create an agency with some bite” and help the American people.. Goes back to that big lie we all know about…..hello I’m from the government and I’m here to help you.
Why don’t they create one with some suction, we know they all suck…..

Apparently you haven’t seen some of the cities in China where they have ”air you can chew” which one day everything is yellow and the next it’s red with no explanations. Wearing a particulate mask is the norm!

Living in California and having been in L.A. and in the central valley I think we should appreciate the air quality we have. Can you imagine these without controls in place? Any large metropolitan area has benefitted from these regulations … ask a resident of Denver or Seattle or etc.!

Having worked in an industry that could pollute and knowing what harm those pollutants can do I am glad that someone enforces the regulations that exist

I am sure that some of these regulations have created jobs that otherwise would not exist!

Are there some silly regulations? Only time will tell!
