Non-mortise hinge install guidance

Hello All ~ I am trying to mount non-mortise hinges for a raised panel door to the side of the face frame on a cabinet. I am going a little crazy trying to get everything dead-on & wanted to know if there a trick or jig that may make the process easier to line up. The plan I have calls for 2” hinges – 2 on each door, which I have done but am not sure how to attach to the cabinet correctly.

Any help, ideas, wisdom is greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Are the doors inset, overlay, partial overlay?
