I am selling my Jet JWL 1236 12” variable speed lathe with accessories as a package.
The accessories are (2) Sorby bowl gouges, (3) Crown turning tools, a Nova 3 jaw chuck, about 6 other turning tools, a 6”face plate and a couple real good turning books. If you are seriously interested send me your email address and I will send you pics.
This stuff is located in the Waco area, and delivery to Austin, DFW and Houston is available.
I am asking $585.00 for the whole setup.
PM or email me with questions.

Thanks
Dave

Hi Dave;

I’m just wondering why your selling it. Are you replacing it?

Lee

Hello Lee-
No, not replacing it. I need the space, and hardly ever use it except to make some pens for potential customers.
Biggest problem I have with a lathe is when I start turning stuff I use up all my valuable time. I cant seem to get anything else done. Having a lathe is great because you throw a hunk of wood on there and pretty soon you have a nice bowl, or other vessel, even candle holders etc. It gets so addictive that all you want to do is turn stuff. If I had a different job and wanted to do some woodworking as a hobby the lathe is perfect.
Heck, I have plenty of bowl blanks and turning lumber for spindle turning but I have to resist the tempations.

Thanks
Dave
