There’s a good-looking Type 11 jointer plane available at what seems like a good price at

My only concern might be the length of the blade, but the rest of it seems to be in good shape. I already have a WWII-era jointer that I’ve tuned and put to use—otherwise I might consider buying this one.

(I’m not affiliated with the seller—I just thought I’d point out what seems like a good buy in case someone needs a jointer plane.)

A decent plane, a tad on the expensive side though since the iron doesn’t have much life on it left.

Oops, my bad…. I looked at the shipping cost instead of the selling price.

Looks like it is in good shape otherwise. Probably not a bad deal for anyone who doesn’t want to be bothered with cleaning up a rusty one.

Yeah, I guess the price may seem a bit high for those of you who are not limited to buying online.
