Topic tags/keywords: question I was wondering if there is a way I could (or anyone for that matter) can find out what # they were when they joined. I thought it said that someplace but I can’t find it. Am I wrong or do I have a number? LOL!!! I am serious, I would find it interesting to know who the old timers are. -- Allison, Northeastern Ca. I think if you go to “Jocks” and then click on “Most Recent”, the page will sort the Jocks in reverse chronological order giving the number of days that they have each been a member. -- Jack - Mission Viejo, Calif |

On the page that WoodJack49 is talking about, there are 35 Jocks per page. If you find your place in that registry, then take the previous page numbers before your page number and x35, then add how many there are from the top of your page to you to that number that you got. Take the current number of Jocks and minus that number (everyone before you), and THERE YOU ARE! Surely there has to be an easier route than that… heheh (I’m #3712, by the way… lol… ) -- As iron sharpens iron, so one man sharpens another. (Proverbs 27:17) |

yes.. you must do some math Allison to figure out. I think that’s better then actually attaching numbers to woodworkers ;) -- Martin, http://lumberjocks.com | My Facebook: http://www.facebook.com/people/Martin_Sojka/1357216976 |

I never DID work out my number, I am terrible at math. That’s why I am always posting the “math” questions. -- Allison, Northeastern Ca. Remember, Amateurs built the Ark. Professionals built the Titanic! |

and to answer your question, Martin is #1. not just because he got this going, but brought us together and managed to keep this small community feel despite the exponential growth. wow, I’m only #57. one of the first or second wave. such a small, quiet community back then, we could actually keep up with all the posts, projects and questions!... of course most of those from back then have dropped off the map – or are just watching and not posting, either way, such growth in 2 years! -- I am always doing what I cannot do yet, in order to learn how to do it. - Vincent Van Gogh |

and you’re holding up so well there Charlie… But, if we take out all the jocks with 1 or fewer posts, we’re probably in the top ten (or twenty). -- I am always doing what I cannot do yet, in order to learn how to do it. - Vincent Van Gogh |

Hmmmm….if I can figure out an easy way to dump all our names, number of days, and number of posts into a spreadsheet, I could analyze the data in a number of ways. -- Charlie M. "Woodworking - patience = firewood" |

Yea Roper this is my first born Grandchild, Jeremiah Lee. And I am without a doubt an extremely proud Grandmother! I have two more but they are 6oo miles away but Jeremiah lives less than 2 miles from me. I even was there when he was born. Yea I am one of those type of people you really don’t want to meet. I don’t need a wallet to carry pictures of him, He is plastered all over the house!!! Grandchildren Rock!!! Thank you Russel for doing that for me Soooo I am # 2377 . I think I will go take those #’s and play the lotto tomorrow, Win or lose I am definitely a winner for finding all you guys! -- Allison, Northeastern Ca. Remember, Amateurs built the Ark. Darryl, I’ve wondered from time to time what number I am and I now know that my LJR# is 1341. It’s a bit amazing to think that when I joined the talk was about hoping to hit 2000 by year end. Well we hit that and more. I haven’t made a year yet and we’ve already added about 3500 members. Go LumberJocks. -- When you give someone a chance it may well be their last. |

Hmmm . . . Im 628. We were trying to hit 1000 back then. -- The significant problems we face cannot be solved by the same level of thinking that created them |
