Topic tags/keywords: figured lumber birdseye maple curly cherry tiger maple curly maple flame birch lumber

Just thought I had better list out some prices for lumber, as I am getting asked for it alot. Shipping is not included in the prices.
soft curly maple is 75$ for a 20 board ft pack
hard curly maple is 85$ ””
flame birch is 100$
natural color birdseye is 100$
White birdseye is 140$
Flame beech is 100$
Spalted maple-140$ for a 20 ft pack
Curly cherry is 140$ for a 20 foot pack
All stock is 4/4, some is rough, some is planed to 15/16” thickness. Random widths, 3” to 8” wide. I cut it to 48” lengths. I can go longer, but it may increase shipping costs. I will plane the wood to whatever thickness you want. It saves on shipping for you. I do have 8/4 stock in curly maple , flame birch and birdseye maple. I also have 12/4 and 16/4 stock in curly maple. Email me at
bob at for any questions. I can do 10 foot packs also. Or bigger ones. Thanks and I hope this helps. bob

I do have 16/4 curly maple. That wide, you are looking at 24$ board foot. The 8/4 curly maple I carry is also soft maple, not hard. It’s not quarter sawn. It is highly figured. If you email me at bob at bob, I can send you pictures and maybe help get what you want. I do sell a lot of stuff to music guys. bob

Bob is well know for his great wood and outstanding customer service. I know some of the best furniture makers in the USA use his material.

Bob thanks for the awesome figured beech and birch. Can’t believe it arrived yesterday, top notch customer service. Can’t wait till next weeks order gets here, I’m like a kid at Christmas time opening the packages of wood. Thanks again Pat.

Very frequent lurker but very seldom poster here. Just wanted to say I stopped by to pick up some curly cherry and he threw in some flame birch for free! Couldn’t be happier and if you’re wanting very nice, figured pieces it doesn’t get much better than this..

interesting, Just saw this, Bob is my dominate wood supplier, I just ordered some flame birch to “attempt ” to do the John Townsend clock , some of you have seen in our show, Bob is the best, and as we say in the south,

” If it wern’t so , wouldn’t have told ya”

Have your say...
