G0555LX-Ordered on Tues., shipped from S’field Tues. PM, arrives Tupelo dock Thus. PM, in my truck Fri. mornin’. That’s pretty quick delivery.
Now all I have to do is unpack, assemble, tune up, put it on the mobile base, buy good blades, read the manual 6 times.
Hope all this come together before August.

Got the base assembled, and the mobile base modified to fit.
Owners manuals are now down loaded. Looked all over the boxes for manuals. Had to print ‘em from the net.
It is now 3:00pm and I’m pooped.
More tomorrow.

I assembled my GO555 (No wheels under it) alone. No help available. I am 70 years old and all my friends are older than I am. I installed the riser and bolted the stand together. I laid the base and the saw down and bolted the stand to the saw. I then lifted it upright (with a grunt). Trying to lift the saw and place it on the stand would be hard to do with two people.

Worst that happens, you go to the local equipment rental center and get an engine hoist. $30 or so rent and a little careful rigging, you’ll have it upright, sans back injury and friends. Yes, I am ONE independent old cuss.
