Wow! Makes me “yellow or gold” with envy Sharon. I think there may be an eleventh commandment: “Thou shalt not covet thy neighbors tools.” Oh well at least I have one of the tools (PM2000).

I think I just wet my pants.

You know, at only $175k and interest rates as low as they are, I’d be thinking about refinancing the house if I were you. :-)

ha!

Charlie- if only I owned a house to refinance… with the economy and real estate the way they are these days we can’t even afford a fix’r’apper where we live.

my budget ended with the metal wire stand on left side (WITHOUT the clamps mind you)

Sharon, in that case I’m thinking this looks like a great starter home. You oughtta be able to fit a couple cots in a corner somewhere.

It would be interesting to know why they are on CL.
If it had been HF equipment the seller might still be business.

Wow! Somebody either had some big money, some big dreams, or both. That’s a nice looking shop. $175,000 – I don’t know. 1000 sq ft is not that much room for a commercial shop.

Some uber rich guy probably bought all this on Monday, paid an electrician to set it all up for him on Tuesday, and then after making his first bird house on Wednesday, decided he wasn’t really interested in woodworking after all.

Either that or he bought it all to set jr. up into business to keep him off the streets (after flunking out of some ivy league college), and jr. is now selling it all for party money.

There are some obscenely rich people out there, for whom the likes of this shop would mean no more than a jelly donut.
