Don’t think so Lee.
We get about 8 – 10 days like this and the rest are all tolerable.
With all the insulation in the place it stays quite cool. I was surprised.
mind you that could change with more consistant hot weather.

We are waiting for our 10 days of summer too – not too hot at the moment 20° C, but humidity in in the 80’s – well at the least the workshop is cool and dry 18°C and 42%.

What you pay for heating in the winter you save by not having to cool in the summer – good insulation is so important.

I got the flooring in the truck and forgot the underlay. (Oh joy!)

Thanks all, I’m going to need these. I’m heading to Dubai in September where Summer temps get to 48 degrees celsius @ 92% humidity quite regularly. It doesn’t matter how much you acclimatise (and I’ve lived on the equator), 48C is killing weather.

hey wayne i don’t know if you care about this but i just read in ski magazine that dubai has the biggest and best indoor ski mountain in the world. so if it gets to be to much just go skiing.

I lived in Cotulla, Texas for a year and a half. It was so hot that after our morning shower we would turn off the breaker to the hot water heater to get water cooler than the city water out of our hot tap (true story)
