This one was ordered by a couple in Japan.
The Habu is a venomous snake indigenous to Okinawa.
15H X 6 1/2W X 5 1/2 deep.
Walnut and maple. 2 coats of Watco, 3 coats of rattle can Helmsman poly.
Drawers are flocked inside.

Nicely done sir, whats your method of sanding with all the contours?

Nice inlay. I guess it’s a good thing they didn’t want traditional Japanese art on it, lol could you imagine that inlay?

A Ridgid oscillating spindle sander gets lots of use on these.
A lot of hand sanding with sponge wrapped sandpaper and mesh pads, also.
Got two more to go. Hope the sander holds out.
