Grizzly Carbide Insert Question

bryguy22 I would get the dimensions of the cutter and see if Global tooling has anything that will work. http://www.globaltooling.net/ I recently bought inserts to make my own turning tools and they were around a $1.50 each.

thanks, I never saw that web site before. they have all the dimensions to for spare screws and cutters and are by far the cheapest in price, I will try them out and report how they work, thanks

I recieved the carbide inserts from global tooling and talked with the guy there he was very knowledgeable. They got them to me from the west coast in two or three days. They come in packs of ten. I tried them out on the jointer and they work great 14×14x2mm square carbide inserts for a fraction and I mean fraction of the cost grizzly wants for them. Im going to order enough to replace all my machines with carbide cutters so i’ll need about 100 carbide inserts Ahhhhhh. they are only 1.47 from global tooling very affordable. thanks for the advice guys
