Topic tags/keywords: bandsaw jointer planer milling apple question

Hi Guys,

I was just given several Applewood logs ranging from 6”,8” and a couple of ~16”. these are between 4’-5’

so now I have this great source of lumber sitting in front of me, but I do not have any means to mill it (no band saw- definitely nothing big enough for the larger logs… no jointer, no planner).

Does anyone in the Boston,MA area know of a place that might mill these for me?
or does anyone here think they can help me out with this?

Thanks everyone :)
Sharon.

Don’t know much about Boston, but I did a Smartpages search for sawmills in the area:
