Topic tags/keywords: question

does anyone know where I could locate the top and bottom roller guides for an old craftsman bandsaw? It was given to me by my grandmother after my grandfather passed away. I have know idea how old it is, the stamp has Craftsman by King Seeley Corporation on it. It’s got a 12” throat and if I remember right a 63” blade. Other than the blade guides it is a pretty good saw.

Try asking at the forums at OWWM.org – you may find
somebody who has a scrap saw to part out or somebody
who has a way to fit new parts to the saw.

Check out Carter Bandsaw Guides too. They may be able
to help – can’t say for sure because I have never bought
anything from them.

I was able to find some older bandsaw parts at www.searspartsdirect.com. I was fortunate enough that they had a parts diagram to assist me.

Good luck!
