I sliced these up about a month ago so they will still need to do a little more drying I’m sure. They’re about 1” to 7/8” square and about 6” long, a couple are a little over 5”. That should give more then enough to make a pen once milled down to the right size. I’d like to get 2.00 each plus shipping. I am willing to trade a number of them for someone who will turn three of them so that I can make them into pens.

Besides the above I also have the following; all of the pieces are 7/8-1” square with the exception of the one that is 1×1.25, all of them are over 6” long and two are just over 11” and can be cut in half for two blanks each. All of these have been aged just over 2 years and are good and dry. Also only 2.00 each except the double length ones which are 4.00 each. Again I will also work a trade to have up to three of the blanks above turned so I can make a few pens.

Looks like there isn’t much interest in buying a couple of these. If you would like a couple I would consider letting them go for the cost of shipping just to get them out of my hair. I do need to save a few to try and make some pens.

How many pens were you looking to get out of this trade? I would be interested in turning some pens for trade for all fo the wood.

Have your say...
