Hi all,
I was just wondering if I can connect my Craftsman bench grinder through my router speed control, so I can slow down the grinder??
Thanks in advance.

NO!

Router speed controls only work on motors with brushes, AKA series wound or universal wound motors.

Bench grinders have induction motors.
