I got the plans for the last two houses I built from Design Basics.com. You can plug in all your perameters( max width-depth, # of rooms, style, etc.) and it spits out plans according to your specifications. Good luck!

Hey Zuki If you go to HGTVPRO you can download free house plans. Oodles and oodles of them. Plus they have calculators for drywall, studs, linealfoot lumber, cement sq. ft. ect. Plus spread sheets for keeping track of work hrs. material, just about every thing a contractor needs for a job. Well worth looking at. mike

Sorry I can’t be any help. I’m tired just reading about what you folks have already done and what you’re looking to do. The current house looks quite nice so I’m betting your new place will be something to be proud of. However, for now, I need a nap.
