Topic tags/keywords: question handsaw blades

I have a couple of saw blades from saws i am “re-habbing”. The blades have a kink or two in them. From just a single one to a “wave effect” one. Need a way to get the blades back to straight and narrow.

One bldae’s kink is small. Maybe a ballpean hammer to knock it back into line?? The wavy one might take a bit more work, though. Wavy one is a Atkins made saw. Was used by a Highway Dept, that my late Dad worked at. Small kink is on a disston No.76. About halfway down the tooth line. Would like to get both up and running…
