Topic tags/keywords: back clicks multiple back clicks bug

WHY?!

It was fixed for about 2-3 days…

Then, it starts up again!!

Looks like it’s stuck on THREE Back-clicks to finally GET BACK…
... but, takes MORE… at times!

edit:
Especially after clicking the Pulse “NEW” links & trying to get Back after reading.

Now, it takes 5 Backs to get BACK.

Very Frustrating…!

Please Fix and keep it FIXED…

Thank you very much.

I know this can happen if you are running some sort of ad blocker. Are you?

I stop POP-UPs and have been for years…

I have not changed any of my settings…

All of the other websites that I browse work beautifully… when I click Back, I go BACK right then…
... I do not stay in the same place, without any action, waiting for another Back-Click, etc., etc. to finally get BACK.

I would try viewing the site with add-ons disabled. If you don’t experience the problem, it must be one or more of the add-ons. I’m using the latest version of Chrome with no ad blocker and the back button works properly for me.

Fire Fox gets some weird problems at times I can not use the back button on all sites and when I go to my banking sites to log in the log in boxes are not there. GE Capital is the worst you just keep going in a loop. Try IE or do an update on you browser.

I just went to my Chrome browser…

Started out working pretty well…

I posted THIS... by getting there from the Pulse screen.

I never could get BACK by clicking “Back” or Left Arrow… I ended up modifying the URL to get back to ”.com” point!

At times, this is worse than when using my Opera browser!

... more fun!

EDIT!
After posting this POST using Chrome, I cannot get BACK to the PULSE page from whence I came…
It takes me back to where I am! Endless LOOP!

EDIT2!
... I now have modify the URL back to the ”.com” point to get OUT of it!

Please keep you cool Joe when I remind you that old age is a curse, we forget simple things that we’ve done automatically for years. So, as a member has already said, go make some sawdust and when you get back to the computer the chances are that all will be working fine! Have a great weekend my friend.

Hi Harry…

How have you been? Long time, no see…

Well, this problem, I think is the result of a testing session, which sets it off… and hasn’t been fixed after the session has been completed…

Then, I have to report it again… for it to be fixed again…

It has been Thundering, Lightnening, and Raining ALL DAY today!
... it got so bad that I turned the computer, internet router, & TV OFF to avoid harmful voltage spikes!
Resorted to a radio…

BUMMER!
