What brand is the motor? I can not find any markings on the motor. Has anyone replaced the plastic cooling fan with an aftermarket fan? I am looking at getting a cast aluminum replacement fan (about $28). I believe the shaft OD on the motor is 0.500”. Is that correct?

I’d call Ridgid. I have the 4512, sweet saw. I just wish the dc port on the saw was 4 inch.

I think if you contact Steel City Tools, they have the same offering but under a different label. The technical support is very good at answering questions. Rigid and Craftsman cabinet saws are almost identical to Steel City tool offerings. I have the Craftsman 152.221240 which is a 1.75hp 120/220 and it has a .625 shaft, do you have a caliper to measure? I think but not 100% sure that they are similar.
