This one uses a maple burl wood, non-stabilized.
There are a lot of defects that show up and the color is a bit too light for a cigar.
So, walnut burl is plenty dark and this is too light. What’s in between? Thuya Burl maybe?
I really don’t want to get into staining these.
Tomorrow I’ll get some labels for them and make it look somewhat realistic. ;-)

What’s the gray thing on the end??? Where do you get the cigar labels?
