Hi Folks.
My Name is David and I am writing to get a little advice and see if there might be some wood workers/ cabinet makers, etc interested in either wood or tools. My Dad has been retired for some years now and is really cutting back on his work. He does a good bit or turning still, but no more major projects. So he has some really special stuff that he’d like to sell. I have not taken up the trade or I’d be in hardwood heaven.

For a start he has a Hegner 18inch scroll saw (hardly used, seriously), he also has many boardfeet of Honduras Mahogany. From 4 inches wide to 3 feet wide and most over 8 feet in length. I have not taken full inventory yet.

There are other piles of kiln dried wood and a few additional tools. (Buck Bros Chisels etc, power tools too).

Please respond and I will do my best to get you the info , as well as pictures. Heck, if you’re local, you can come over to check it out!

I apologize if I have not followed proper protocol here, but I am new to the site.
thanks for reading,.
Dave B.

Hi David, I realize this post is from a few months ago, but just wondering if you are still looking to sell some of your father’s tools and/or lumber. My name is Joe and I live in NE Philly. Thanks!
