need bushing for Delta drill press mortising attachment

Ah Ha! Now I see what is missing from the mortising kit that I have. I have an imported DP so suspect that even if I did have the bushings, they wouldn’t fit, but now I see what I am missing at least. Thanks for the picture

I may still have the bushing you need. I take it you need the one with the smallest ID which would be the thickest one? PM me with the size and I’ll see what I can do. If I can find it it is yours for the cost of postage.

Fred, glad I could help! My quill diameter is 2 1/16”, so if yours is the same you need the same bushing I do, which is the one with the smallest ID. I don’t know the sizes of the other two bushings though.

Just as a follow-up/correction… I measured the wrong part of the drill press (but the bushing set that Dan sent me was the correct one, and works great). The correct ID is 1 9/16”. I didn’t realize that the bushing goes on the part of the quill that you can’t see until you extend it, so I measured the collar that keeps the quill from retracting too far.
