Thanks Allison, and a happy Father’s Day to all the LJ Dads as well.

Took my daughter and son fishing. She wanted to catch a fish for dinner and it was his first time out. We had a blast but probably spent more time throwing stones in the water then casting. They had fun and that’s the main thing. I figure if I get them started early enough I’ll have at least one fishing partner for years to come.

Thanks Allison,

I’m still new at this Father’s day stuff. I have a 3-1/2 year old son and 18month old daughter who I hugged very tight today, remembering that there are many fathers around the world in our armed forces protecting us who did not get that chance. Thank you to them and I hope they had as good a father’s day as possible.

Amen to that Rxmpo. And to Mark, I am thankful all the time that my father took me fishin, I LOVE to fish!!!
And yes, My daddy told me if I can’t bait the hook than I can’t be a fisherwoman. To this day I am thankful for that!!! Ya know I did forget one very important thing, and that is I should of and am sorry I did not wish the Mothers , who are Fathers along with being Mothers a Happy Fathers Day. I know plenty a gal who has played both roles And it goes both ways, I have a son who is also a Mother besides being a Father. I hope all that made sense!!!
PEACE!!!
