Topic tags/keywords: question hand tool

There is no name or number anywhere on this tool. The chisel? piece can be replaced. It looks very old and the head is brass. I found it in a tool box along with files and grinding stones.

Looks like something that should be used on a wood turning lathe. I am not sure I would want to use it though.
